DRAWING 2 OF 2 - "HAIRCUTS (3RD PHASE BARBERSHOP or ASHWORKZMAGIC)": Entry deadline is September 30, 2023, 12:00 pm CDT. Winner will be selected on October 1, 2023, at 5:00 pm CDT. Winners of previous drawings are not eligible to be selected in this drawing.
RULES & REGULATIONS: We want to comply with all state, federal, and local regulations and laws. Please note that if any of these regulations prohibit participation in this raffle, it will be considered void. Moreover, it's important to note that this sweepstake is exclusively available for individuals who are residents of the United States. To be considered eligible, the winner must be at least 18 years old and reside locally (such as Illinois), where participation is allowed by law.
The 2nd and 3rd place winners of the haircuts must be at least 18 years old and reside locally in Chicago, Illinois. If they do not live in Chicago, they may choose to have their winnings transferred or consider it a donation.
The ticket prices are fixed as suggested donation amounts, and all proceeds go towards our building fund. No automated, bulk, or third-party entries. No cash equivalents. No substitutions. No transfers, except for local prize winners of a haircut. NO REFUNDS.
We reserve the right to disqualify contestants. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a promotion if any problem prevents the promotion from running as planned. Campaign begins at the Start Date and ends at the End Date. At the end of the campaign, a winner will be chosen randomly.
SELECTION PROCESS: All entrants will have their names entered. At the end of the raffle, the total number of entries is automatically tallied, and a random name will be selected using a random name generator. Names are entered in the order they are received. The name that the random name picker lands on is the WINNER. The live drawing will be held on our website and social media platforms.
